We, Dirk and Ingo Schwan, make a quality promise to our customers, our employees, our suppliers and partners. In addition to the high-quality of our products, we also place the highest priority on giving our customers efficient service from the moment of receiving orders to the after-sales customer service.
Our demand for quality is reflected in our brand diversity and in our worldwide network of long-standing suppliers and partners.
Our business processes are well-defined. We are certified by IFS Broker and all employees of Hermann Fuchs OHG live up to these standards in their day-to-day work.
We place great emphasis on internal and external quality controls in the goods receiving department, in production and packaging, in the workshops and in the transportation department. We deal with any complaints immediately and thoroughly.
AWARDS AND CERTIFICATIONS
At Hermann Fuchs OHG we maintain high standards for the safety and quality of the products that are traded. For this reason, we have had the company certified as per the IFS Broker, the highest standard currently available for food trading in Germany.
The suppliers are carefully selected and regularly checked by us. Products of all specifications are purchased after careful examination. However, many of our suppliers, especially smaller regional suppliers, and some foreign suppliers, are not or are not yet certified according to IFS Food or another comparable standard. Nevertheless, we have satisfied ourselves as far as possible concerning the quality and safety of the products sourced from these suppliers.
Should it be necessary, due to your QM system or an existing certification, that all suppliers relevant to you are certified according to IFS or should be of a comparable standard, please inform us in writing with your order at the latest.
If you still wish to receive these articles, you do not need to take any action and we will continue to supply you as usual.
